Community Carrot is hiring an Interim Executive Director to continue our mission to advance racial equity and social justice by supporting entrepreneurial-minded Seattle-area young adults from low-income backgrounds to create their own businesses. The Interim Executive Director will be responsible for continued growth and higher performance by engaging with and inspiring our community members around our mission and the values that drive our work. The Interim Executive Director will partner with a dedicated board of directors and advisory board to leverage a strong foundation in order to drive greater impact, expand programming to new participants and support our graduates.
